Privacy policy

This policy applies to His Last Call, developed by SVZ Team, and its game support pages. The app may appear under an earlier Zooli or What He Left Behind name while its store listing is being updated.

Game data

The game saves progress, choices, discoveries, endings, and audio/display preferences on your device. It does not require a developer-operated player account. The web edition can let you export and import your own backup files; you control those files.

Apple services

App Store purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The game reads verified purchase access; it does not receive your payment-card information. Game Center can handle achievements using your Apple account. If iCloud save synchronization is available in your installed version, the game can send a serialized progress save and update timestamp to Apple’s iCloud key-value store. Availability depends on the build, your account and device settings.

Apple operates these services under its own privacy policy. Restoring purchases restores chapter access, not necessarily story progress.

Advertising and analytics

The current mystery game does not integrate advertising, behavioral analytics, or cross-app advertising tracking. It does not request access to the advertising identifier.

Support requests and website hosting

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, which may include contact details, device information, screenshots and a description of the problem. We use it to respond to your request and investigate issues. Do not include sensitive account or payment information.

The support form is hosted by Google, and these pages are hosted by GitHub Pages. Those providers may process technical or form data under their own policies: Google Privacy Policy and GitHub Privacy Statement. We do not add website analytics or advertising trackers to these game pages.

Managing your data

Restarting the story resets the current playthrough; cumulative ending discoveries may remain. Removing the app may remove local data, subject to device backups and any enabled iCloud synchronization. Apple manages purchase history, Game Center data and iCloud data separately. Use Apple’s account/device controls to manage those services. Browser site-data controls can clear web progress; exported backups remain under your control.

For help with access or deletion of information you sent to support, contact us through the support form. We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle the request and applicable obligations.

Audience and updates

This is a narrative mystery intended for an adult audience, not a service directed at children under 13. We may update this policy when the game or its services change and will update the date above.
